Bed, you can wait until the morning for eating, you gain more pounds the later you eat until bed because you can't work any off while you are sleeping.

Bed. You don't want to eat then go to sleep. That's how you get fat!!! When your sleeping, your not burning any calories. Eat in the morning, you'll live.
