Entertainment Tonight said Her mom and Kevin's mom keeps them while she is in rehab.

Well apparently she's got ' prenatal depression' which is an illness, therefore the babies aren't taken away from her for good, just until she gets better.
Her mother will probably get that but Kevin will have the right to see them as often as he wants.
That's normally how the law works when the mother is unable to take care of the kids because she is sick, she'll get to choose, so I`m guessing she will choose her mum.

I read that Kevin and Britneys Mom Lynne Spears are taking turns keeping the kids while Britney is in rehab
