Dane Cook or Eddie Murphy. I don't know who to say because dane is good but murphy was REALLY funny on delirious and raw.

They are both really funny. But I don't think you can put them in the same category. They are from a different generation. I think they both are super good. Sorry, I can't pick either one over the other. I love them both!

Dane Cook is 10 x funnier then Eddie Murphy man. Murphy has been reduced to doing movies where he puts on fat suits. Without doing stunts like that is career would have ending in the 90's.
But the best comedian is George Carlin...he is a legend

Uh i would say dane cooke. I love eddie murphy he is hilarious but he focuses more of his time on acting rather than his stand up. Dane is mostly stand up.
