Whenever I am around a certain guy, I seem to act very curt and rude. I really think he is sweet and I enjoy his company, but I can't help but tease him. It's horrible! My sarcastic side comes out whenever I converse with him. Maybe I do it because he is kind and accepts defeat easily, or maybe I do it because I want his attention...I really don't know. Any other ideas why I act this way? Any ideas of how I can control my bitter retorts?

I used to do the same thing..I did it because my ex-bf used to tease me and act rude so I thought it would be okay to do it. I just forced myself not to act like that. Like whenever I did that, I made it up to the guy and explained why I acted like I did. He accepted my apology. GOOD LUCK!

What it boils down to is discipline. Some marching band instructors will put a rock or pebble in the left shoe or left hand of individuals who forget to start on the left foot. You could try carrying something as a constant reminder. You need to focus your attention. It might not be a pebble in your shoe, but something.
Bad news. It's not as simple as that. If you remember the string on the finger trick for memory, then you also remember that many will ask themselves, "What is it that I was supposed to remember." Good luck! Concentrate. Practice what you want to do. Practice makes permanent. If you practice an error, then you will perform the error. Perfect practice makes perfect.
