If you got an F, you didn't earn any credit. Typically to transfer credits, you have to earn a C or better. Admission is separate fromt he individual grades and will depend more on overall GPA.

A grade of F does not earn any credit and thus there is nothing to transfer. But I am not sure what you mean because are you in high school or in college? Only high school credit that "transfers" is if you take an AP exam and get a passing score.

Getting 2 F's is not the end of the world but it depends on what the rest of the grades look like. If you went through a tough semester because family situation or an illness, you should definitely document that, perhaps in your college essay. But if your grades are generally poor, then this will negatively affect your chances for admission. If you are at a JC, you should really consider retaking those classes so that your overall GPA will improve. Find out what the repeat policy is at your school.

Credits WILL NOT transfer.

It may affect your admission, but the university may be hard up for students and not care you have the habit of exerting ZERO EFFORT in academic classes.

Sorry life isn't fair.

Good Luck....
