If you have ever watched AJ Styles wrestle you will know what im on about. How does he do it well diffrent?

simple aero physicis. its basically a delayed back flip. he jumps up keeps his body at 90 degrees, then throws his legs up and over to perform the flip. sometimes not always but he has some help with the opponent, in that he pushes off them a bit.

That move of his - the Pele kick is basically an inverted backflip kick.AJ has been wrestling since college in S.Carolina - he was there on a wrestling scholarship.He's been in WCW, NWA Wildside, ROH & now TNA.He's had years of experience - he's 30 btw.
You have to be v athletic & in good shape to be able to pull off that move.That's why AJ is Phenomenal!!

I don't know but he lives up to the name Phenominal. TNA needs to make better use of this guy. He has some seriously cool moves. It's great to see the talent that is coming in to TNA but they should not forget those that have been faithful in the past. AJ Styles is on his way to greatness.

I do not know how he does it, but that's so special: AJ is one of the guys who could wear a mask, but the fans would still recognize him by his movements. HE IS AWESOME! HE IS PHENOMENAL! I love watching his matches in TNA and ROH.
