Well, if it now in color, getting in B&W might be thought of messing it up. In any case, if it is in a computer, or can be scanned there, most image processing programs have a choice of going to grey scale, which makes it B&W&Grey. If that is not satisfactory you can reduce the number of colors or use the histogram function to control how to divide the tones to for a two color B&W image.

I'm guessing you mean printing a digital photo on a PC hard drive using your home printer.
Just go to the print program and select monochrome and hit the print icon. Or set the printer settings to H.Q. black and white (monochrome) and hit print.

You can get black and white film, you can fix it with a computer program, or you can go to a place where they develop and they will do it for you. Good luck!
