Who thinks Harry Potter will die in the final book? If you don't think Harry will die, who do you think will?

JK Rowling has not said Harry will die, but she has said that Dumbledore is definately dead.

J.K.Rowling hinted that Harry, Ron, and Hermione would not be the ones to die in an interview, I read it on her website, so I think Snape will die saving harry, finally being the good guy and at least one of the Weasley's will die, but not Ron. I think there's going to be a big war in the seventh book and a lot of people will die also. And of course Voldemort will die. I think he's going to destroy himself in the end.

I thought I had read somewhere that JK Rowlings will kill off Harry.

Can't remember the exact quote but didn't the prophesy imply that Harry and "He Who Must Not Be Named" lives were connected and the death of Voldemort is likely to also cause Harry's demise.

I suspect she might be getting tired of the series and not having Harry in the picture will at least relieve the pressure of having to write sequels.

I hope that harry will live because he is my favorite character. I don't think that dumbledore will kill snape unless he finds a way to come back from the dead and i think that a person close to harry will die if he doesn't himself.

Dumbledore is not dead i don't think so.
Voldemort will die, Harry might die, I don't know if Neville will die or not.

But in book 6 i think it was harry said that he wanted to become and auror when he left hogwarts and Prof. McGonagall said that she would do every thing in her power to help him become the best auror he could be.

So after killing Voldemort harry might go on to become an auror.

Don't remember where I read this, but Dumbledore is still alive, of course, and two characters will die, but not necessarily one of the three in the group of Harry, Ron, and Hermine. Snape isn't a bad guy.

Murder suicide! Voldemort kills harry, and then Hedwig jump off of the astronomy tower with ropes around her wings so that she can't fly. or Both of them are killed by Snape who has had an evil plan the entire time to take over the world. Or the house elves come in like happy smerfs and sing songs untill Voldemort is driven off a cliff because he is so annoyed. Or harry will die. I'm not exactly sure, but making up different theories is way too fun!

Chapter 14: Harry saves Hermionie, kills Fudga and Professor Umbridge(Boba Fett)
Chapter 15: George Weasly is revealed to be a Wookiee in disguise
Chapter 16: Fred(Lando), George(Chewbacca), Ron(C3PO), Hermionie(Leia Organa), Neville(Hans Solo), Ginny(Artoo),and Harry(Do I need to say it?) ride in the Millenium Camry to destroy the second Death Spell. Harry's mentor(actually Dumbledore, back from the dead again) is killed by Darth Vader-- i mean Voldemort, sorry!
Chapter 17: Harry, Voldemort, and Snape(Darth Sidious) end up together. Sidious zaps Voldemort with like 30 avada kevada spells but he lives anyway, then Voldemort kills Sidious. He says, "Help me take off my helmet. I want to see my son with my own eyes one last time."
Chapter 18: The Empire has been defeated, yay! so there's a huge party. Chewbacca gets a medal, and Hermionie marries Neville
Chapter 19: Ewoks took over the new Republic, and the smallest ewok(Hagrid) becomes El Presidente Permanente.

dumbledore's dead and it specifically states that anyone that dies cant dome back form the dead. before he died in the 5th book in one of the last few chapters he talked about the prophecy and how either harry or "he who must not be named" must die and harry isnt gonna die. hes the main character. i s ay its voldemort. but i hope to god that its not hermione or ron because the relationship just started.
