What movie is this from?
A guy calls up the cops to tell them that someone is about to jump off the top a building and the cop says something like, "We're homicide, that's sucide, but if somebody pushes his butt off the building then that's another story."

I can remember the scene, somewhat. I think it was in L. A. Confidential. It might have been Kevin Spacey's character or he may have been in the scene.
