I would recommend any course in Biological Sciences as well as electives such as Anatomy, Health Science or anything related to the human body and it's functions. Psychology is also a viable elective. Math courses can also be valuable because anesthesiology requires very precise measurements and use of many formulas.

Stick with the sciences and maths. Things like biology, chemistry, physics, calculus, algebra, etc. You're going to need all of those if you plan to study in the life sciences in college (university) and eventually medical school. It would be a good idea to talk with an academic counsellor at school and at your local university. Keep an eye on those long-term goals, but don't be discouraged if you find yourself being more interested in something else along the lines. Good luck!

It depends on what elective classes your school offers.

Any science class relating to Biology/body science is a must, and you must also be *very* good at math to be a anesthesiologist, so the algebra one for a sophmore may not look good...

Your high school courses are not going to determine whether or not you're going to be able to be an anesthesiologist. Take science courses, because you're going to have to go to medical school, but beyond that, that should cover it. I advise you to take things like biology and chemistry with less focus on physics, if that's any more clear.
