I heard that Ed Deline and Mary are not returning,

I'm dying to find out what happens next. I cannot imagine the show without James Caan. The Montecito without Ed Deline??? It is unheard of! I like how they left it up in the air about who shot Mary's father. It is funny, though. Two of the three are supposedly NOT returning next year. (If anyone should've been in the room, where the bomb was, then it should've been them. That could've explained both of them NOT being there next season.) Maybe, just guessing here, they might be in the beginning of the premiere episode, since they need to wrap up stories. This is the one show on Friday nights, that I am addicted to. I just hope they don't screw around with it like when the brought in Lara Flynn Boyle. THAT was a horrible mistake.
The show has three complete seasons, all of which are available on DVD. NBC has picked up the show for a fourth season, however NBC has reduced its show order from the regular 22 to 17. [1] The show was renewed for a fifth season on February 27, 2007. [2] On February 28, it was announced that James Caan and Nikki Cox would be leaving the series. Caan's departure is because he wants to return to acting in feature films, while Cox's departure seems to stem from budget cuts.
