As far as paying employees goes, ADP or Paychex are two of the largest companies who can handle the payroll calculation, tax deductions, and check processing for you.

In terms of establishing salaries, you can look online or in your local want ads to see what similar types of jobs are paying (hint: pose as a job seeker looking for the type of position you have open to see what is out there). There are also formal salary surveys that you can purchase, but they are very pricey and usually not worth it if you only have a few positions that you're hiring for.

There are also some free salary resources at salary.com or on the job posting sites like careerbuilder.
