my husband and I make over 100,000 a year but we can't send our child to pre k because we make to much money. The school district that we live only provides a 4 year old program or pre k for low income families. Is this legal. Is the 4 year old program only an option? Is it not our constitional right for a free education

You make enough to send your child to a pre school program like (here in Illinois) Kinder Care or the park districts pre school program. Any place that is like a day care has pre school programs.
