what can i do to stop him from doing this? i still want to were skirts i love them <3

Catch him red handed one day, and just tell him off with a snide, rude remark and walk away. Have your friends around you, to laugh at him too. He'll be embarrassed. Such a remark would be like "Have you got nothing better to do, pervert?" or "Your lockers THERE"
Alternatively, you can always tell him off straight off, and have your friends there to back you up too. While telling him off, be sure to inform him that it's called sexual harrassment and that you know just how to get him into a deep lot of **** unless he stops it. He'll stay away from you, if he has any shame- if not, carry out your threat and tell someone.
Lastly, ask for a change of lockers, but this won't solve the root of the problem- the guy being a pervert and deserving of a telling-off.

Wow pervert lol but thats teenage boys for ya! I know at my school there are open lockers in other places so maybe you could go into the office and ask for a new locker. But if you cant move, try wearing shorts under your skirts or maybe leggings cuz i know theyre in style

Well, if you can't get a different locker or avoid this boy maybe you should wear tights or leggings with the skirt rather than not wearing a skirt at all. You should tell that guy that you know he is peeking, and scare him off. Its harassment.

my first thought was to tell you to kick him if he is looking up your skirt but you would probably get in trouble. you could wear shorts or boy cut panties under your skirt or yell real loud STOP IT to embarrass him if that doesn't work then go to the counselor and ask for a new locker tell them that the boy that has the locker below you is looking up your skirt. that is sexual harassment and they MUST do something about it.

You can wear boxers or bike shorts under your skirt, if you don't want to make any waves. It's the wimpy way out, but it'll make it boring for him. It's actually more comfortable, too, because then you don't have to worry about crossed legs or Monroe-esque wind bursts.
You can kick the punk in the nuts. Or not, if you don't want detention. You might be able to ask him to stop, if he has any sense of shame and right and wrong. You can also talk to your parents or the principal, because if you tell him to stop, and he doesn't, that's harrassment. He's making you uncomfortable with his rude behavior. I've heard dire things about how schools deal with this sh!t, but it may be worth a shot, if all else fails.

Well, you have three options. The first is tell a teacher. The boy has no right whatsoever to do this. It is sexual harrassment. Your second option is to ask your teacher for a bottom locker. Third is, when you see him looking up your skirt, move behind him and kick him in the head ;)

I'd confront them about it. A lot of times, thee issues are solved just by embarrassing the person by saying something about the issue. Just tell him face to face to stop looking up your skirt. Chances are, he'll be too embarrassed next time to do it. If he doesn't stop, try to consult the counscelor about it and get him suspended or something.

next time he looks, pee in his face. then accidentally drop all of your books on him. better yet, let your locker get jammed and when you pull it out all the stuff falls on him. most importantly thing of all: don't bring yourself down. i love wearing skirts. i think they're feminine and preppy and cute too.
