I always sit in the same position at the computer, and one leg is always mashed up against the arm of the chair.
I have a dent in my leg from it! LOL
I just noticed it a few days ago, and I try not to sit that way anymore.
Will it ever go away if I STOP sitting like that or stay off the computer? LOL I hope its not permanent...
Guess Im addicted now.

You bet it can happen, heh! I've had a similar problem with a chair that doesn't quite fit me properly. I go at it for so long, it presses under my knees and tires my legs. You can do subtle injury to yourself with chronic habits like that. Your "dent" will probably go away, as it sounds more like a water dent than a real problem, but by all means be aware of it. Get up every 15 minutes and move around some and find a chair that really fits you. Did one size every REALLY fit all? Not in my world! We are meant to be fluid in every sense of the word, so respect it and you should have little trouble. Darned mesmerizing computer fun, grumble gripe....:P

Sounds like excess fluid, get up and move around as stated every 15minutes or so. Elevate your legs periodically. Get some exercise and try to cut back on high sodium foods and drink. Peace!

It will go away. Just use a little lotion and massage the area every night before you go to bed. The muscle and fluids will fill it back in. :)
