Hi,yes i didn`t realise i was pregnant as i still bled for the 1st 3 months and when i missed a period i thought i was only just pregnant,by the time i went for my 1st scan i was 6 months gone and thought i was only 3,i so that came as a bit of a shock but i then gave birth just 2 weeks later at 26 weeks and that was even more of a shock as you can imagine.

Looking back i did have some symptoms,a little sickness and tiredness that i put down to too many late nights and work!!

Hello. I was one of those people. I was 15 at the time though. (now 23) I stopped getting my periods but being so young and immature and scared... i didn't want to actually think i was pregnant. I didn't have ANY symptoms, no bump yet, and 5 months already went by. So ... I finally took a test, of course.... I was pregnant. After that I didn't start showing till i was around 6 months and I never had any symptoms with the baby. Nor with my second child. I'm pregnant now with my 3rd and its totally different, I'm experiencing it all and its horrible. Was hoping for it to be like my first two, unfortunately not.

I was taking birth control pills and I went in for my check up to get a refill then the doctor told me I was pregnant, 3 months! I never even knew it because I was still having periods, but when I immediately stopped taking the pill the periods stopped. The surprise I received is now 21 years old!

When i was pregnant with my son i found out i was 7 days before my period was due by taking a home test.

However i was pregnant in 2005 and did not even know it because i had my period for that month then a few days later started to bleed again, went to the er and found out i was 5 weeks pregnant but miscarrying.

I had none of the usual symptoms of pregnancy. When I missed a period I did a pregnancy test which showed positive. The doctor booked me in for a scan which showed that I was already 25 weeks pregnant. Up until that point all of my periods had been completely normal....

At 16 my younger cousin thought she was having her monthly's. She went to loo and tried using a tampon, but as she tried to insert it out popped a baby boy. She was terrified as she had no idea that she was pregnant. A few years later her mum became concerned with her health as she was losing a lot of weight and she certainly didn't need to lose any as she was skin and bone as it was. Her Mum went to the GP with her, he examined her and she was almost about to drop her second child. Again she never knew. She now has two healthy boys and couldn't be happier. She had no symptoms and bled throughout.

With my daughter I didn't know at first, we'd had a miscarriage not long before and we just thought I had the flu, until we had to take me to the ER for vomiting so much I was throwing up blood and they did a test. The nurse came in and said "Well it's not the flu, you're pregnant." With my son we wondered and bought a test.
