Quebec = Yes, but only because the rest of Canada will devolve into multiple sovereign states (much like Switzerland is) you see, in Canada, provincial governments have significant autonomy and responsibility for many public services. So there is a general consensus forming that provinces should receive more of a share of the financial revenues of the federal government...

Euzkadi = No, the Spanish government is adopting a more conciliatory attitude toward Basque separatists, especially since the socialists took control of the national government. I can see the Spaniards give more limited autonomy to Euzkadi, but it will be far from giving them independence.

Aztlan = While the Mexican population is increasing at a rapid pace in the southwest, the likelihood of a broad-based nationalist movement among Mexican migrants is unlikely. First of all, they lack the economic resources to pursue this aim. Second, the southwestern states are becoming much more accommodating to Mexican cultures/values through increased Hispanic-oriented public services, etc. Third, Mexicans are increasingly integrating in mainstream American culture, particularly 2nd and 3rd generation Mexican-Americans.

Taiwan = It is currently an autonomous country to everyone except for China. I don't think it will remain independent, but will rather end up joining china in an partnership similar to the "One country, two states' approach the Chinese took toward Hong Kong annexation. Taiwan is becoming more vulnerable due to the significant economic growth in China, which is underpricing Taiwan significantly as a place to do business. Eventually it will be in Taiwan's best interest to join China (according to national leaders that is), even if it means giving up human rights all in the name of economic stability/prosperity.

Puerto Rico = Possible, on the one hand it is far too economically dependent on the United States both in terms of its social services and infrastructure funding to make it even feasible for them to become independent. On the other hand, the leftist fervour in Latin America is increasing, what started with Hugo Chavez in Venezuela has spread to Nicaragua, and countries throughout Latin America are proposing a fellowship of states to directly compete with the US both economically and politically based on social ideals. If Puerto Rico's independence movement directly forms relations with Chavez and other disgruntled Latin American counterparts, the movement could get a boost especially from Puerto Rico's poor population. But you can bet your *** the US will not let Puerto Rico become independent so easily...

I don't think Puerto Rico will become independent any time soon. Most people have the wrong belief that many Puertoricans want independence. However, most Puertoricans appreciate their close relationship with the US. If you look at the elections in Puerto Rico, the pro-Independence party always receive less than 5% of all votes. Puerto Rico is the most developed country in all of Latin America and the people know this. Puertoricans are very pro-capitalism, I don't believe they want to join the socialist movement of other Latin American countries. In the last plebiscite Puertoricans voted against becoming the next state, but it is NOT in favor of independence. The commonwealth system is preferred by the majority.
