Quick Clueless. Suspend him, that has no place in the game.

In an example of Wayne Gretzky taking matters into his own hands, he drops the gloves with Neil Broten...bad idea.

Look up Yzerman or Mario-they fought.

Also-here is your other guy "against fighting" Bobby Hull. Alot of hypocrites I guess.

Yes, I was aware Gretzky received 5 minute majors in his career. Anyway, you are putting words in my mouth, you never asked me WHAT the consequences of fighting should be. So call him a hypocrite if you want. That video in itself (sorry, I'll try to watch it later) does NOT PROVE hockey NEEDS fighting. Read carefully, NEEDS, not HAS.

Yes, Gretzky, Lemieux, Yzerman, Hull, and nearly every NHL hockey player has been in a fight. I am not sure what you are trying to prove by this. I have broken the speed limit hundreds of times in my life, as has 99% of the population. That does NOT mean we "advocate speeding".

You are certainly entitled to feel that Hockey would"not be the same game" without the fighting or it makes the sport more enjoyable for you.

What I take offense too is the fact that I asked a simple question -- does hockey NEED fighting -- and I am being accused of "ruining" a game that "belongs to Canada, not me" and that the mere fact of asking a QUESTION, (I do not recall telling everyone to write a letter to Bettman asking him to remove fighting) is getting everyone so hysterical.

I'll feud with everyone some more later.
