St Ives. More natural ingredients!

But you can always try both and rotate them. My favourite scrub though, has to be Aveeno's Skin Brightening Daily Scrub.

St. Ives is TERRIBLE! it made my skin break out like crazy and made me miserable for two weeks. the walnut shells in it have jagged edges which actually cause microscopic tears in your skin. stay far far away from St. Ives. I actually use Dove's and it works great. It's gentle, doesn't make me break out, and does a good job at taking off all the flaky, dead skin. Hope this helps.

Remember, you only want to use exfoliate 2-3 times a week. Anything more might be too irritating to your skin. Arbonne has a great Facial Scrub that I love! It's used to clean skin and then infuse it with a high-powered, anti-aging formula that leaves skin cleansed, rejuvenated and youthful-looking. It's botanically based and formulated with Walnut shell powder, chamomile, aloe and goldenseal extracts which are soft and non abrasive. If you're open to trying a free sample, I'll be happy to send you one. :-)

I've used the St. Ives for 10 years and LOVE IT! Great for elbows, etc when you need to exfoliate before a self-tanner application!
