Yes, this is preposterous! This is yahoo!ANSWERS, people, not Yahoo!QUESTIONS. Stop asking questions, can't you see that you're wrong? Stop asking right now and start giving answers! What do you mean" to whom"? That is just another bloody question, and I said "No questions!" I demand answers right now!

i have often wondered that myself. i think it is because they are not sure how to answer it or they are just goofing around. good luck.
