Best is to see your doctor. Stress, diet, and hormonal imbalances related to your age, thyroid function, or other things can all affect menstrual regularity. Some womens' bodies don't take kindly to hormonal birth control, either.

Sounds like it is time to go to a GYN and have an exam. It could be many things including you are a teenager and your body is adjusting
