Someone stole his cellphone last night and he knew who took it, because it was the only person in the break room with him. His boss and everyone told the guy they were calling the police. Then the guy went away and came back with the cellphone, saying one of the other guys took it. Of course no one believes him. One of his bosses told my husband that he was going to get fired soon anyway. Then TONIGHT someone stole his jacket with his keys in it. He drove his father's car and he brought him an extra set of keys. Now this guy (I figure he did it) has a car and house key. My husband just started this job three weeks ago and loves his work, but this is getting bad. I feel like going down there and staking the place out until they get off work at 12:30 to see if anyone carries it out--although I know I probably won't see anything. I am so mad!!!! Should I go or stay home???????? I feel like I should do something. I know one of his bosses and I think I should go and speak 2him.

Stay out of it.
It is his work
It is his issue.
It might be time for him to talk to his boss and say fire him or i quit.

I think you need to stay out of it, other than listening to your husband vent, and let him man-up and handle it on his own. If you speak to his boss, that is only going to make him look like a weenie who has to have his wife stand up for him.

He needs to speak to his direct supervisor. If he tells the supervisor that he is going to file a complain with the labor department because his co-workers have created a hostile work environment his boss will handle it if he has a clue. And if they fire him for complaining then they broke the law.

I'd simply go into my bosses office and ask for a copy of the company's EO policy. That will make them panic. If all else fails, get a labor lawyer.

Change your door locks, you don't know these people and what they are capable of. I have also found that the once you stand up to these people they leave you alone and actually become friends who invite you in on the rheindeer games of screwing with the next FNG.

If one of the bosses believed this guy did this enough to threaten to call the cops, why is gonna get fired soon as opposed to the night it happened? In the meantime, change your locks and if he can, avoid driving that car to work and keep it in the garage.

who wears the pants in your family? leave him alone he's a big boy he can figure out what to do on his own. The most you could accomplish is make an *** of yourself by interfering were you shouldn't. Its your husbands job not yours.

Time to call the police and let the professional handle it. Stealing is stealing.

I can understand wanting to help your husband, but don't you think it would be a little embarrassing for him to have his wife fighting his battles for him? I'd let your husband handle it.
