Give facials.
Call guy friends. But don't prank call.
Have a pillow fight.
Tell scary stories or jokes.
Play Sher-raids.
Draw pics and have people guess what they are of.
Paint nails.
Do each others hair pretty.
Make fun healthy snacks.

You got a lot of disrespectful answers. Perhaps they didn't see the PG-13 part. I'm sorry about that. It has been so long since I was your age, I just don't know. Don't make any prank calls. How about cooking something. Baking some cookies? Order a pizza? Just one and don't send a dozen to your neighbor. Truth or dare? Safe dares that aren't too embarassing. Try on each other's clothes, or play designer on the host's closet. Match up outfits in new combinations? Make ice-cream floats? Just have fun. Watching movies and doing make-overs is essentially what sleepovers are all about. Try watching something really corny. Rent a black and white movie and laugh at the story line or something.

Well you have the essentials down. Movies and makeovers. I remember at one party i went to we had a book of would you rather questions and that kept us busy. So you can maybe add that in. Also board games help in a sleepover but make it a short one so you have time to do the makeovers and watch the movie. Oh and another thing and this never fails with an all girl sleep over... talking about boys. Well good luck. Hope i helped.

Start a dumb story and get your friends to carry it on one by one
Watch a movie and eat popcorn and pizza, and pepsi, etc
Pull pranks! (on the phone, etc.)
Make up funny names for geeks in your class, and neighborhood

You could write a group story...one person writes a sentence to start the story and passes it to the next person. She writes a sentence to continue the story, and folds over the first sentence, so the next person only sees her sentence. You keep going until someone decides to write "THE END" and then you read the whole thing out loud. Generally, they end up pretty funny.

have a shaving cream fight or whip cream if you prefer! My friends and I used to do that all of the time....Who cares if it's cold out...it will be great fun!
