You have to get Half-Life 2. Then you need to get CS Source. You can get them bundled from New Egg or even check Wal-Mart.

Try searchin on google for "Valve" youll have to download it and you'll have to make and account for steam and you have to buy it again, but its all worth it. sounds complicated but its easier than it sounds, atleast for me it was.
