I love it when girls do that. It's so cute.
The heels add length to the legs. Because generally the skirts are shorter a lot of leg shoes and you can really show off your legs with a great pair of pumps.
Plus if you're short it adds tons of height if the heel is higher. It's going to add height irregardless of how tall they are though.

Well I do wear skirts but not heels i wear skirts because then my boy friend and i just have fun being preverted and my friends like it so that they can flirt easier so ya

I love to wear skirts and heels. skirt just above the knee with stilleto heels, they make me feel sexy and look sexy. Coupled with a nice top preferably lowish I think that is magic.

Skirts- They make me feel and look so feminine. ^_^ Plus they show off my nice legs. I have long slender legs. But I have bruises so that takes off 3 points. Skirts are so pretty. Especially.....when you wear them with heels!
Heels- Also make me feel feminine. Even though my feet are a little big. I love heels, they feel so comfortable(trust me I got used to it, lol). So many different styles. They make me taller too...even though I'm like 5'9. With heels I'm 6'2!!! YIKES!!! LOL, so I wear ballet flats often too. But heels rock!!!!

yes b/c first if the skirt is too long but really cute ill wear it with heals so it wont drag on the floor. ( i usually wear skirts that come up to my ankle) secondly i hate being short and i like seeing eye to eye with other people. but if the skirt is normal length on me then ill wear flats. both are good with me. :)

hi i like to wear skirts and heels but you dont need to show too much off ,if you are wearing a skirt then i dont think you need to show your boobs off as well that in my eyes looks too tarty ,it makes you feel sexy .

No my legs are ulgy (not realy but i dont like them) and i don't like how skirts look on me.
