The basis of the interview will be your application form. So they will ask questions about you as a person (Tell me about yourself? What are your strengths? Weaknesses?). Next they will ask questions about your education and training and work experiences. Then they might ask you some killer questions like: Why should we hire you? Why do you want to work for McDonald's? What can you contribute to McDonald's? If I talked to your references/teachers what will they say about you. There are others, but don't worry about them. Project an image of self-confidence but do not be boastful.
Good luck and God bless!

"What would you do if you had to deal with a difficult customer?"
I used to have to give interviews. To be honest sometimes they don't even really listen to your answers, they just see how you answer and if you seem interested. Just keep eye contact. It's McDonalds, the jobs yours pretty much.

McDonalds isn't going to really grill you (haha) too much. They won't expect too much out of you. They will probably ask if you have experience - if you do, then tell them about it. If not, then try to play up other stuff you do - extra-curricular activities, good grades, etc.
I worked at Mickey-D's for about three weeks once. I quit and went to Applebees, which paid more, and didn't suck nearly as bad.
