He has slave labor called elves. Santa Claus is independently wealthy so he doesn't have an employer. He also conducts experimental research on reindeer mutating them so they can fly.

He is actually on the green team just for the holiday and is busy dying beer green. He's also got the elves pouring food color in fountains, painting shamrocks on floats and just generally getting ready to celebrate the birthday of his good friend St Patrick. Remember that his name is really St Nick so you can see the relationship there is deep. Last month they were doing it up big for St Valentine, the patron saint of lovers and that works good every year. They will really be throwing themselves into the Easter season because in spite of the bunny thing, it is really all about their Leader. They really go all out for that. So have a great time on the 17th and remember who set this all up.
