No, let people speak, that is what this is for after all. There will be someone that will always be offended by a question perhaps but I do not think there should be restrictions on getting answers. That is just another form of control is all it is. I am not sure as to what you are referring to, and what you would like to be banned, you need to be more specific?

politcal boards and religious boards serve no purpose whatsoever. People usually just type the most extreme views possible, because they feel strongly about it.
In the end, no one ever changes their mind, their views just get more concrete regarding whatever stance they support.
