Well I think it's either #1 or #2, because #3 is a little mature looking.
I'd gravitate towards #2, mostly because it's the 21st birthday, and you want something a little more special. #1 is cute, but #2 is something a girl can really grow into. I think.
Good luck though, and don't worry too much. It's the thought that counts!

well my tastes personally like the 2nd option.. its very cute and a bit abstract.. note the jewelry she wears tho because, altho i think this style is very cute, many girls don't.. if she wears things similar to this.. then go ahead! its very pretty

i like the charm bracelet the best-but its really up 2 her style. check what she wears on a regular basis-what's her style-& that way you'll know that she'll love it & use it. not just let it collect dust.
