I get: Andruw Jones
Brandon Webb
Jose Reyes
Joel Zumaya (holds is one of the categories in the league)

He/She gets: Albert Pujols
Tom Gordon

My backup first basemen is Giambi and I also have Howie Kendrick (first base eligible)
My only good starter is Zambrano, so Webb helps.
My only good OF is Vlad, Jones helps.
My SS is Stephen Drew
Zumaya is just gravy for the holds category

Should I pull the trigger?

I would definitely do the trade:

You will make up Pujols's stats with Jones and Reyes, but you will get the added bonus of SB's and runs with each (especially Reyes hitting in front of a potent Mets lineup).

You also have a decent 1B in Giambi who will give you numbers, and you will, by far, be improving your SS and OF positions.

Pujols is the best player in the game. He also plays the deepest position in talent. There were published reports about Gordon being replaced by Bret Myers as the closer with Gordon moving back to the set-up role.

You would get a top starter, the second rated player (Reyes) and a solid outfielder. You should take this trade NOW.

You should also be charged with a fantasy felony for stealing so much!

Pull the trigger and then shoot again. Do the deal. Stephen drew could be a great player, but Reyes IS a great player, Jones will get 30+ homers and Giambi is worth the chance.

I would definatly do it. Just think about it, Pujols is the first pick, and Reyes is a 2nd or 3rd pick. You are also getting a great outfielder in Jones, a top 10 starter, and one of the best in the league in getting holds.

Yeah I'd do it. I think Zumaya is going to be the closer so your going to be getting Saves instead of holds. Jones and Reyes are going to give you more numbers plus steals over Pujols. You REALLY need to make that trade.

you know what.. if you can fit all those players into your starting roster, i'd give up pujols for that. You've got a huge upside, Reyes is self explanitory, and honestly, so should the rest of the players you're recieving.

Take that deal.. must be a huge pujols fan to give up THAT MUCH, & i understand it being difficult to give him up, but that's lopsided in your favor. Which is a tough compliment to say in a deal where u give up pujols.
