It's not good to slather neosporin or other antibiotic creams all over your legs. You can absorb too much and you can develop an allergy to them.
All those nicks and cuts set you up for some serious infections. Women have gotten cellulitis and staph infections from cuts on their legs from shaving.
The trick is to prevent the nicks. Make sure the skin on your legs is soft before you start to shave. Don't jump in the shower and immediately try to shave skin that hasn't been wet and softened. Let the steam and water work on your skin for awhile. Use a good shaving gel with aloe. I use only Dove soap, but a great razor makes it almost impossible to cut the skin no matter what kind of gel or soap you use. Lather your legs up very well.
The cheapo Daisy and other disposable razors will cause more nicks. Get something like the Quattro, or another triple or quadruple blade with the conditioning strips. They are expensive, but definitely worth it! Be sure and change the blade regularly. Take your time and use straight, up and down strokes with the razor.
After you've shaved, and every night, put some moisturizer on your legs. If your skin is dry, it gets tiny little bumps that stick up and can be easily shaved off and irritated.

Sounds like razor burn......
The best medicine is prevention!
Make sure your razor is clean and sharp. Use a good womens shave gel, they have conditioners and other good stuff in them. Also, don't shave right away in the shower or bath, wait a while until the hair absorbs some of the moisture, you'll get a better shave. Also, don't keep going over the same area, this will cause irritation.

Antibiotic gel or cream that you can get at the dollar store for about a buck.
If you just dab the cream on the nicks, you don't need to worry about absorbing to much. I use Intuition razors, they already have the lotion and work very well. I haven't had a single nick since I started using that brand.

Aloe Vera based cream is the best that my wife has found. Also using shaving cream/gel specially formulated for women's shaving needs will help also.As I remember you can find it at a drugstore in either a slender purple or pink can and use it liberally. Also using a fresh blade in the razor will help reduce nicks as will shaving SLOWLY

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are “permanent” hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

Sounds like slowing down and a bit a patience would be your best product.
Once you chill out, you should NOT have nicks !

Why don't you just learn to shave properly instead?
