Since you are planning on getting pregnant there is no need to receive your birth control shot. My doctor told me that if you have been on the shot for a long time that it can take up to 18 months for the medicine to get out of your system. That just depends on how long you have been on the shot. Fertility pills is a very good thing to try. I have found this book called called Preconception plain & simple to be very helpful. It lets you know all the questions to ask on your doctor visits, fertility pill, sex positions, and a number of other things.

First of all you should not take that march 26 shot that does not make any sense because some women could end up having to wait for up to a year before getting pregnant so they can clean their system out and some get prego right away and once the Dr. takes of the shot he will not give you fertility Drugs till you have tried for at least a good six month to a year in some cases talk to your dr. he/she will be the best one to tell you what your chance is best of luck baby dust.

I am on fertility pills also and I was told there is only a 20 percent chance each month

I don't know what the percentage is. I heard that there is no evidence to support that there will be any problems getting pregnant after birth control, but I've heard of a lot of women having problems. I was on clomid for 1 month and got pregnant the month after with my son.

It really depends on how old you are, how long you tried by yourselves before going to the doctor, any underlying problems, things like that. Your doctor can advise you.
