do penis pumps work? They do but they are extemely temporary. Within seconds of removing your penis from the pump it will go back to its normal size. they are just a gimmick. don't worry about size, its not that important.

Most of your answers so far are mostly correct. Penis pumps work by engorging the blood vessels in the penis, using a cheap one or pumping to hard can lead to bruising and in rare cases noticable bleeding.
If used on a daily basis you will begin to retain some of the growth as it does have a stretching effect, but even that will go if you do not pump regularily.
Stretching can work for permanant size increases, have a look at this product if your looking to increase your size.

Why are you concerned about the size of your penis? You and about a thousand other guys get on Yahoo Answers and ask the same dumb stupid questions about penis size.
How do I make it bigger? You don't!
How do I make it wider? - You don't!
Do pills make my penis larger? - No they don't!
Will "toys" make my penis larger? - No they won't.
Please don't waste our time on here about penis size. Be thankful that you got what you got. Learn to live with it. Learn to use it with technique so the lady will beg you for more - not more length but for more lovin';

It works differently for everyone. Plus there are tons of pumps on there, and some probably work better than others.

not used one myself, but have been told that they do work but it doesn't last. They also have a chance of injuring so be careful

No they don't work. It can actually cause damage such as rupturing of veins.
