Here's what I've gotten from all the debating about this:
Bill Clinton cannot serve in any capacity that lies in the line of succession to the Oval Office. Ten years is the limit. Those extra two years are there for a situation like LBJ having to take over JFK's Administration. Only two years remained in that term of office . Then he was allowed to run, if he chose to, for two more terms. If he had served, after JFK died, for a period of three years or longer he would only have been allowed to run for one more four year term. But Clinton is not in that position. He has already served eight years, and being in succession to the Presidency could mean he might have to take over for the entire first four years if Hillary were to drop dead the day after inauguration. He couldn't legally do that, according to the Constitution, so as a result he will not be named to any post that is on the succession list.
EDIT: Sorry dlgfdg, but you need to do some homework. It isn't two terms in one sitting, it's a maximum of ten years period. Look at your amendments and reread them for clarification.

Might be a constitutional question for the Supreme Court. But be real, that is not going to happen. Bill would not serve under Hillary.
I believe the plan is if she is elected, Bill becomes the next UN Secretary General where he can sit on a world stage and have sex with foreign interns. For the Secretary General to be from the US would require stepping down from the Security Council. Think about that for awhile

That wouldn't happen because Bill Clinton isn't eligible to be president...well technically he could serve 2 years as president because you can serve a max. of ten but that's usually if you become president from the vice president position

To be vice president, you have to satisfy the requirements for president.
Bill Clinton already served his 2 terms as president, so he cant be vice president.

Utopia,,,,And yes, Bill could become President. Only two terms at one sitting. As a matter of fact, he can run again if he wants. All you repubs that claim you know it all, read the consitution, not something that Bill OH, REALLY tells you.

if (and I hope not) Hillary is president, she properly will send bill home and live with her girlfriend in the white house.
if he is nice to her, maybe he can get into the oval office to get back old memories
