ssd question?

i filed for ssd 19 months ago and i was denied b/c the doctor did not send my test work in to the ssd so after being denied they sent my test in 3 days later so will they consider it now? will i still have to go before a judge?

It depends upon what stage your claim lies. Take responsibility for the material the alj will read. You should collect your own records and test results from doctors and send them in to the alj. You have the opportunity for a reconsideration, a review, a hearing and an appeal. If it hasn't been too long, you probably have another stage in which to submit additional information.
