Take her to the vet! Guinea pig bones break very easily, so it's probably a fracture. The vet can set it and splinter it so it'll heal together, and give her something to prevent infection.

Take her to the vet asap, it'll get a lot worse if you wait!

Yes, the easy thing to say is take her to the vet, and of course this is true. But if you are not able to do that because of financial reasons or other, the most you can do is to make sure she is taken care of otherwise. If there is no obvious break through the skin (IE. she is not bleeding) she may just be able to heal on her own. Make sure she has plenty of fresh water and food, no drafts, clean bedding. Then be sure not to handle her, as she may be sensitive. If she is really used to you holding her, and she wants to you carry her, make sure you are seated and careful of her paw.

I'm sure you probably do these things already because you sound like you love your pet, but just take extra care right now that she is injured. Smiles.

I guess not much if you didn't take her to the vet the same day. you should always sit on the floor when you hold little ones like that..incase they want to get away. Feel sorry for her...and you!
