cuz they have too much testosterone.

Because they're hormonal and madly infatuated with the girls.
But more importantly, there are two types that persevere:
1) The first has a confident view of himself. He may be a jerk but in his eyes, he is irresistable. To accept the answer NO is to believe he's failed as a man. So he thinks that either you're saying no because you're shy or that if he persists, he'll break down your guard and win your heart with his masculine charm.
2) If they don't seem like the type to celebrate their masculinity but are sincerely looking for a relationship, it means they have serious feelings of love or infatuation for you and believe that you are the ONE (i.e. Steve Urkel in Family Matters). As such, they will persevere believing and hoping that someday you will feel the same too.
Whatever the case, boys, believe it or not, despite their tough exterior, will have very tender hearts even if they act like a jerk to be cool. As long as they respect your heart, respect theirs.

Because boyz are taught that "NO" really means that you are playing hard to get. It's sad that looking back on the middle and highschool age of my life, I knew hundreds of guys who wouldn't listen to "NO". Most of them are taught in their own homes that if they are told "NO", it means that they will have to keep begging until they get whatever they want.

They are more able to accept the answer NO when it is accompanied by a grab and sharp twist of their testicles. Try it sometime and you'll discover I am correct. They will fully understand the nuances of the word "no".

I think that's a generalized question. Not all guys are like that. I kno respectable guys who aren't like that at all. For those who are its b/c they allow themselves to be hormone driven idiots.
