7-10 days after conception. i found out that i was 10 days pregnant with my now four yr old daughter. i had a kidney infection and had some blood work done and it came back that i was preggo

you can buy preg home tests a week after you missed your period... a day after if youre really in tune with your body that you would notice even the slightest changes. Blood tests are more reliable though. You can have it anytime but it is advisable that you get it done as soon as you suspect that you are pregnant. It is always best to consult your doctor early to avoid complications. Anything that is in your bloodstream goes to your baby as well. Not only you will know if your pregnant or not, you will also have the chance to address blood related problems (iron deficiency, rh factors etc) immediately before the baby is fully developed. A healthy baby is what a pregnant mom always wants.

A blood test will show if you are pregnant or not 7 days following conception.

You can take a urine test with a pregnancy test right at home. You can go to the doctor at any point to take a blood test!

You can have it done before your missed period. I had one done one week before I missed my period and it was positive. It tests the level of HCG rather than just for the presence of it above a certain level.

you can get one done anytime. pregnant or not, they took blood before, during and after my pregnancy.
