It's called the grin factor. The bigger his grin, the more testosterone he has. No fooling!

Facial hair is a clear indication of testosterone level. A 4 o'clock shadow means he has lots of it. A heavily bearded guy definitely has lots of it. Too much testosterone causes balding, by the way. Facial feautures are a clear indication as well. Manly brows, high cheeks, etc. A more feminine shape ,of course, means low testosterone level. But the best way for a woman to tell a man's testosterone level is to see the size of his balls...just joking.

Uh not just women can tell.... Testosterone causes certain features in people, "manly" features. A large, strong chin, most noticeably. Women who produce alot of testosterone look manly too.

Oh yes, we certainly can tell. Another thing that is funny is if you line up guys and tell us to pick the one we are most attracted to, around ovulation time we almost always pick the more masculine looking man as opposed to the pretty boy on off cycle times. Typically, the more masculine appearance is a tell tell sign.

Appearance or lack of facial hair/five o'clock shadow in men that shave. Secondary sex characteristics(mustache, beard, etc.) are brought on by testosterone so men that don't shave and have smooth faces, have less than men with facial hair or the shadow that shows they would have such hair unless shaved.

No, but I find it doubtful. My brother in law tried to date a transvestite because he believed she was all girl. I think it showed in her face.

Probably by how thick their beard is, and how sharp their features are. And maybe how thick their neck is.
