When I hit control c to copy something it doesn't work. I can't copy or paste anything. I have tried a different keyboard and it still wouldn't work.

Highlight (or select) the text to copy.

Press (and hold) the CTRL key down while you tap the letter C

Don't try to press both keys at once ... nobody is coordinated enough to do that perfectly. Press the CRTL key and hold it down while tapping the letter C and you'll have success.

CTRL+V= paste
CTRL+X= cut

When you do Control+C to copy something, make sure it is highlighted first and when you go in to paste it, make sure to hold down Control while pressing V to paste. It should work then, but if it doesn't, use edit, copy/paste commands in the window your working in.

It may be the website that you are on. Try opening Word or Notepad and typing anything, then try to copy and paste it right on Notepad. If you try and Copy and Paste on the old Yahoo! games, it will appear as [] instead of what you typed. I hope this helps.

Can't you go up into edit, and then scroll down and hit paste/copy? That way you can eliminate the problem all together.
