I like Faith or Fay, but not Fayth.

Faith is a very pretty name for a girl but the name would be ruined if you tried to make it "unique". Fayth is just weird looking. If you're heart is set on it you can do it but just think about your daughter. She goes to Disney World and she wants a Mickey Mouse necklace with her name on it. She looks and finds Faith, but no Fayth. She goes, "Daddy! Why can't I find a necklace with my name on it. I see Faith but no Fayth!" You go. "I was trying to be unique" Trust me it's hard wanting a keychain with your name but they don't have it. I almost always go by Adele, not Madeleine, and they never have it. Congratulations and good luck!

i like the name Faith, but i really don't like the spelling Fayth. it just doesn't look as pretty as the name is. You can try Faithe if you want something different, but the best spelling is just leaving it at Faith. ♥

I love the name Faith because it hold so much meaning. Fayth is weird to me and Fay to me isn't a good name either

Faith is less pretentious, funny spellings only cause grief, every time that someone writes your child's name for the first time, it will be incorrect. And forget about finding a book bag or barrettes or pencils with "fayth" on them!

I love Faith but have to agree with those who dislike creative spellings! For the rest of her life she will have to say her name is ''Fayth with a 'Y' '' .

i LOVE the names faith & hope because they both have absolutely beautiful meanings, but i do agree that fayth doesnt look right, and makes the name faith look bad, if you wanted to call your child that it would need to be faith. to show the real meaning of the word, just think about things like this aye .... you will be able to see the truth in this decision!!

It's pretty, but I'm a teacher and had a student with that name. The kids in her class could never spell it right and she will have to spell it to people the rest of her life. It will get to be annoying.
