If the planets all aligned it would create a minor tide surge that you probably couldn't see. They are too far away too small overcove the gravitational effect of the Sun which is millions of time bigger than all the planets put togethor.

They are also too far away to overcome the gravity of the moon that caused tides.

The forces of gravity are made up of mass and distance. Even if they lined up they would still be the same mass and distance from the Earth.
