As you can see i would rather take a speedy guy or an all around good player in front of a consistent pitcher or power hitter.

im not a fan of drafting pitchers first no matter who it is because there are tons of good pitchers you can get late.
pujols - best player today
arod - lost weight, should improve bat speed and SBs.
soriano - power with speed
reyes - best SS, tons of speed
howard - tons of power
ortiz - consistent 30 HR, 100+ Runs and RBIs
utley - best 2b, nobodies even close. in a level all by himself
beltran - speed and power. 5 tool guy.
guerrero - like beltran and alfonso
berkman - lots of power, plays in hitters ballpark, having lee will help.
manny - well because hes manny.
hafner - was a monster before he got hurt. i expect big #s.

as far as pick #2 thru #5 I think taking Johan, Jose Reyes, Howard, or Soriano would be logical depending on your strategy.
6.Arod- if he bounces back this is a steal
7.Beltran
8.Carl Crawford
9.Ortiz
10.Cabrera
11.Carlos Lee
12.Sizemore
