Go ----No, Sit ups are better also add to that, this exercise--sit in a chair and hold the bottom of the seat while you lift your feet off the floor, stretch your legs out and bend knees back do 12 rest do 12 more 3 reps. you will have a six pack!

Well you may get a six pack by doing crunches. However you will also have to watch you diet so that other people will be able to see you six pack

Pray for a good body and hire a trainer. I worked on my abs for several years and i still don't have the six pack.. I just as well drink a six pack of Bud or Miller or my fav Heiniken. Best of luck, but sometimes the ugly truth is that some of them will never had the body.. Keep trying. I have a 3 pack...

You can do all the crunches you want. If it is not in your genetics you will never obtain a six pack.

One way to really help is to do a ton of Cardio. One of the best ways(believe it or not) is jump rope. Maybe take a 2 mile run every other day. Have tried the 60Sec Abs machine, does pretty good.

to get that definition, besides doing crunches..is to lower your overall body fat...went on a diet this last year and lost 25 pounds...a lot of fat lost and the definition was amazing...never have had it before...I've been saying that the muscles have always been there...just covered by a layer of life....does great for your arms and legs too...
