its a tie between the bushes...the cia works for them and the mafia leaves women and children out of it.

Bush. Bush senior had some integrity. The CIA is at least trying to do a tough job. The Mafia is open about it's corruption. W is definitely the most corrupt.

let's examine criminal history's!
1. a: pres. bush has a prior dui docket.
b: unofficially the voting result's against
gore suggested tampering at the very
least.
2. a: former pres. bush was up to his neck
in CENTAC operation's during the 70's
and 80's.ref " the underground empire,
where crime and government embrace"
by James Mills.
3. a: central intelligence agency, my opinion
would lean toward's comparing the cia
to outlaw motorcycle consortium's.
b: outlaw motorcycle consortium's often
claim autonomy from each other much
like the the agency's our govt.
c: a certain number from each have been
convicted of corruption in the past.
4. a: the mafia aka the mob aka
la cosa nostra in my opinion has been
proven to exist.
my best answer would be the former
president bush due to the fact that he
was ambassador to the u.n., he was
former director of the cia, he held the
office of vise president and president
of the united states of america.
all of the above position's are subject
to influence by corrupt organization's,
thus the term " corruption breed's,
corruption " is politicly correct.
