First thing is to contact your service provider. My Cell was stolen last year, and I cancelled the phone within 24 hours, and the cell phone company tried to bill me $450, for calls to Mexico. Luckily they didn't charge me that, and I had insurance on it, and got it back with a $50 deposit.
