The fastest way to sent it to your phone would be infrared. Your laptop should have an infrared port, and if your phone is new enough it will too. If not then just connect the phone via usb. You'll need to find the file on your computer, usually in my documents, right click on the file you want to send, and go down to Send to. If you have infrared it will say infrared recipient, if not, send it through the usb.
