I had forgotten all about it untill i saw it on Bravo today. The story was the Gallactica had found earth and sent two pilots down to see if we were advanced enough for them to arrive. One of the Pilots was Barry van Dyke, Dick van Dykes son who plays the cop in Diagnoses murder . I do remember them having cool bikes (i was 10) that could fly.

Yes I remember it but half of the original cast were missing. It still had Adama and Boomer for bits but it was mainly based on earth with Troy and Dillion. It was supposed to be years later and Troy was boxy from the original all grown up. Doctor z was a kid who advised them. It only aired for 10 shows and in the last one it featured the original starbuck who ended up being stranded on a planet but they never got a chance to explain what happened to him.

I remember it vaguely and that it didn't do well with the fans. Something along the lines of Adama's crew finding Earth, but it was not Apollo or Starbuck as played by Richard Hatch or Dirk Benedict- it was two other character actors that looked similar. That is all I can tell you about, but it wasn't a cartoon it was a live action spin-off series.

Yep. It was bad. But better than the recent series. Lorne Green was the Fleet Commander-type. The guy who played 'Starbuck' was the same as 'Face' in A-team, I think. Used to watch it on Sunday evenings after church. Anyone remember Buck Rogers from 80s? Buck Rogers from 40s is quality.

Yeah i rem. it...Yeah was good siht, 'FACE' from A-Team was in it....Them mad robots with the red eye.....yeah was good fun when i was a kid, dont watch it now, just kills it....
