I am one of the ones that felt like I have always known this and I feel that it is true and it does help it is just a change in thinking and attitude

The fact that its labelled "The Secret" makes it sound kind of cheesy. But it comes in other names as well "The Law of Attraction", "Karma" and so forth. The basic notion of "The Secret" is that what u focus on becomes reality. If you are always miserable and miserable towards everyone, "Karma" will make it so that you attract more misery into your life. There is some scientific background used in the documentary as well.
This "Universal Law" is saying that whatever you think becomes reality, but because people are so informed of the horrible things in today's world, we are always worrying and in an anxious state of mind. What with the war on drugs, the war on terrorism, the war on crime, the war on terrorism, the war on terrorism. The law says whatever you focus on will come into being. If you are thinking "This is total bullshit!"(as sumone has already stated), then, according to the Law, it will be bullshit for you. it wont work. It says that everything in your life that you have is drawn to you because of your thoughts.

Haven't seen it yet, but curious about it after Larry King's show on the topic last night. I'm surprised I wasn't aware of "The Secret" phenomenon because I am usually informed about this stuff

The documentary is amazing, and moving on many levels. It has changed my life for the better and I recommend it to everyone.
