Business management / marketing and accounting would be very valuable BUT
The only thing actually required is $$$$$$$.
If you have the $$$$, they'll sell it to you , even if you dropped out of junior high.

Actually, you don't need any. BUT you want to hire people that do. Management & finance personnel should have at least a BA in the Hospitality field.
